一、电焊机枯燥法

1、交流电焊机枯燥法操作前先将受潮直流减速电机绕组的个接线头串联起来,机壳接地,这样就可对三组绕组完成加热枯燥,为监视枯燥过程中的电流变化,可串入一只电流表,察看其电流能否到达减速电机额定电流的。用交流电焊机枯燥直流调速电机不用对其停止拆检,减小了工作量,同时在通电的状况下减速电机用其本身电阻发热,使线圈平均受热,枯燥效果比拟好。

2、直流电焊机枯燥法操作接线和交流相似,所串电流表应为直流电流表。用直流电焊机枯燥受潮减速电机操作便当同时可对大中型减速电机、高压减速电机停止长时间枯燥。这样,电焊机长时间工作或大电流工作时,其内部元器件不会因长时间大电流工作而形成损坏,故能够对大中型减速电机长时间运用。值得留意的是,用这两种办法枯燥时请求一切接点处必需接触良好并紧固,电焊机引出线要用专用电线,请求截面大小应满足电焊机输出电流的载流量。留意电焊机本身变压器的冷却,同时保证减速电机的绝缘阻值不能低于0.1MΩ。还要亲密留意减速电机绕组温度及时调整电压电流。

关于受潮直流调速电机先将其拆检后,用大功率的白炽灯泡放入减速电机内部对其停止烘烤,或是将减速电机放入烘房内停止枯燥。此种办法操作便当、平安牢靠,但仅适用于易拆检的小型减速电机。而关于大中型或不易拆检的减速电机相对来说工作量就大了,同时也降低了可行性。应当留意的是,此办法操作时灯泡或热源不可太靠近线圈,以防烧坏线圈,可在减速电机外壳上加盖帆布等物品停止保温。
